Inovalon is looking for an experienced multimedia/graphic designer who's inspired by new trends and emerging technologies. An ability to collaborate with creative and business teams to create stunning visuals that support their business goals is a must. The ideal candidate must have a strong visual aesthetic and the ability to work within a larger overall branding system, loves to tackle design challenges, teams well with people at all levels, and is ready to concept, execute, and deliver.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Create and produce modern, engaging graphic designs that work across various platforms including digital ads, social media, email, and websites, as well as print;
• Ability to support in creating email marketing Landing pages, maintaining various websites, and other content management systems; 

• Be a brand champion by strictly adhering to Inovalon's brand standards and identity, and designing in accordance with the latest trends and best practices; 
• Collaborate with brand team and internal clients on marketing concepts, suggesting design ideas that best support key campaign objectives; 
• Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement; 
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; 

• Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design or visual communication is required;  
• Energetic, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a track record of success;  
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office Suite; 
• InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier in a PC environment; 
• Working experience with HTML5, CSS, and Wordpress preferred; 

• Knowledge of Eloqua and or Marketo a plus; and 
• Quick and efficient worker who enjoys a faced-paced environment with acute attention to detail, strong organizational skills and self-management skills are required. 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or related field is preferred or equivalent experience is required. 

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

• Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time); 
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force; 
• Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions; 
• Subject to inside environmental conditions; and 

• Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
