About the Role

Karthik Consulting, LLC, is looking for a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team headquartered in Falls Church, VA. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of experience working with federal customers. This role requires candidates to have at least a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer on a daily basis.
• Solicit and capture requirements for a Software Factory.
• Document user experiences and workflows (interaction with the application through the users’ eyes).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent industry experience in Software Development.
• 3+ years of demonstrated federal or commercial consulting experience, working directly with customers to establish product requirements.
• Experience managing work via epics/features/stories.
• Experience with sprint planning, execution, and post-delivery.
• Experience with product demos.
• Self-starter, able to work independently.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and the associated teams.
• Experience developing and successfully delivering cloud-based solutions.
• SAFe certification or equivalent
• PMP
