About the Role

Karthik Consulting, LLC, is looking for a Solution Architect to join our rapidly growing team headquartered in Falls Church, VA. Qualified candidates should have at least six years of experience working with federal customers. This role requires candidates to have at least a bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate for this position will have both lead/managerial experience and hands-on engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with scrum teams on a daily basis.
• Lead team in the technical implementation of a Software Factory.
• Clearly define the technical solution and brief teammates on the solution, ensuring adherence to the technical direction. Maintain/tune the solution when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent industry experience in Software Development.
• 6+ years of demonstrated federal or commercial consulting experience, to include leadership roles within architecture teams.
• Experience directly interfacing with customers to solicit requirements and brief technical solutions.
• Experience working in an agile environment, delivering via the DevSecOps paradigm.
• Experience developing and successfully delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with sprint planning, execution, and post-delivery.
• Self-starter, able to work independently.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
