About the Role

Karthik Consulting, LLC, is looking for a CI/CD DevSecOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing team headquartered in Falls Church, VA. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of experience working with federal customers as a member of an agile team delivering via the DevSecOps paradigm. This role requires candidates to have at least a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and train team on CI/CD principles – with the goal of maximizing the automation of processes.
• Develop and maintain pipeline configurations.
• Maintain CI/CD tools/platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent industry experience in Software Development.
• 3+ years of demonstrated federal or commercial CI/CD experience.
• Experience creating and working with CI/CD pipelines and the associated teams – to include script development for automation.
• Experience developing and successfully delivering cloud-based solutions (especially AWS).
• Experience with software packing tools.
• Experience with version control tools.
• Familiarity with security/vulnerability tools.
• Familiarity with code coverage analytical tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze and decompose complex processes into modules.
• Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes.
• Competent in team building and team communication strategies.
• Self-starter, able to work independently.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Desired Qualifications

• SAFe certification or equivalent
